The Approach

Market analysis revealed Germany's low adoption of live-reporting tech. Instead of pushing uphill, identified a strategic pivot: the African radio market, where legacy infrastructure gaps created a real need for QGoLive's solution. Leveraged a dormant network to open the continent as a new channel.
